Excellent prompt service and the coffee is great. Polite and helpful telephone advice regarding the order. You stock a wide rang of lovely coffees - thank you. The only suggestion that would really help customers who wish to send packs of coffee as gifts to multiple addresses would be for these all to be encompassed on a single order. It was somewhat trying to have to place 4 different orders for 4 different addresses recently. Hence 4 and not 5 stars.

A good helpful company, with lots of options for coffee types and tastes, the Light Italian is perfect for me, plenty of taste, but not too strong and does not taste or smell burnt like many that are Full Medium strength, well worth a try.

Excellent coffee, I purchased a selection of 100g packs to try a few different flavours, now it's time for the full size. All were well packaged and labelled, and delivery was very good. All in all I think we've found our main supplier from now on.
